We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our Conference! As the event approaches, we’d like to share some practical information to help you prepare and make the most of your time with us.

📍 Venue

The conference will be held at the Bluesun Hotel Soline. The conference registration desk is located at the hotel as well — please follow the signs upon arrival to pick up your materials.

🕒 Registration and Opening

The conference registration desk will be open for early arrivals on Tuesday, May 20, from 16:00 to 19:00.

For all other days, registration desk working hours are listed in the conference programme overview.

The official opening session begins on Wednesday, May 21, at 11:00.

🌦 Weather Forecast

The forecast suggests typical spring weather, with mostly cloudy skies and some rain expected during the conference days. Temperatures will range from around 20°C during the day to 12°C in the evenings.

We recommend packing layers, a light jacket, and an umbrella or raincoat – just in case. With a bit of luck, we will still catch some sunny moments! If you plan to explore the beautiful coastline, don’t forget to bring comfortable footwear.

👕 Dress Code

The overall dress code for the conference is smart casual.

For the gala dinner, we kindly suggest semi-formal attire to match the tone of the evening.

Guests of Bluesun Hotel Soline are welcome to enjoy the hotel’s saunas, fitness and heated indoor pool area, known as the Bluesun cave. With hydromassage benches, water cascades, and mood lighting, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of sessions or a big presentation. Whether you’re looking to recharge or simply relax, the pool terrace and revitalising water features offer a serene escape.

Just don’t forget to pack your swimsuit – academic excellence pairs surprisingly well with a little hydromassage!
