All authors attending the conference are required to pay the registration fee as follows (VAT is included in the fees):
Participants presenting their research
valid for the following submission types:
abstract only / refereed papers / regular working papers
PhD Students and Young Researchers
valid for the following submission types:
PhD students and Young Researchers with refereed paper submission and/or working papers
Co-authors, accompanying persons and other participants
This fee applies to co-authors participating in the conference and all other conference attendees who are not co-authors of papers
FEBT Students
FEBT students who wish to attend the keynote speeches and paper presentations (excluding social events)
Conference fees and multiple presenters / papers
The registration fee is due upon acceptance of the paper for presentation at the conference.
One author may submit and present a maximum of two (2) papers. For each paper accepted for presentation, at least one author must register, pay the registration fee, and present the paper in person at the conference.
If two papers are accepted for presentation, a separate registration fee must be paid for each paper.
The author of two papers who presents both papers at the conference pays the full registration fee for the first paper (always the higher of the two fees) and a flat 100 EUR for the second paper.
If both/all authors of a paper attend the conference, the presenting author must pay the full registration fee for the paper (always the highest fee, i.e. the most expensive conference fee) and the other author(s) attending must pay the reduced fee of 250 EUR (for registrations made by April 7, 2025) or 300 EUR (for registrations made by May 5, 2025).
The registration fee includes:
• Conference materials upon confirmation of registration (the book of abstract will be available online only)
• Access to keynote lectures, special conference sessions, paper presentations
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome reception
• Gala dinner
• Farewell dinner
