Special session Proposals

Conference participants may propose special sessions on specific topics by submitting the following details to the Chair of the Programme Committee (ana.kundid.novokmet@efst.hr):

Title – The title should clearly and concisely reflect a particular cutting-edge topic. It should align with the overall scope of the conference or existing conference tracks, but not repeat existing tracks or themes.
Abstract (up to 150 words) – The abstract should outline the rationale behind the special session proposal, including the motives, objectives, and significance.
Keywords – Provide 3 to 8 relevant keywords.
Proposed speakers – List speakers of 3 to 5 papers relevant to the special session topic, which adhere to the requirements for full papers (Referred Papers or Regular Working Papers) and their submission deadlines.
Biographies – Include brief CVs of the session proposers.
